錘式彎舉作為肱二頭肌啞鈴訓練動作中經常訓練的動作,通常這個動作主要作為肱二頭肌訓練動作,當然也可以有效刺激肱橈肌和肱肌,最後還可以訓練到前臂伸肌和屈肌。
為什麼叫錘式彎舉,因為動作好似上下掄錘子。錘式彎舉對於腕關節的壓力較小,可以保持在較為自然的手腕姿勢。可以用滑輪器械進行,以增加動作的活動範圍。錘式彎舉和一般啞鈴彎舉區別在於:錘式彎舉不外旋手臂,集中鍛煉二頭肌的外側。而一般啞鈴彎舉會外旋手臂,從而能夠刺激到肱二頭肌內側。 ====================
